I'm new to charting this cycle Am i approaching ovulation or is it occurring now cause im own some spotting?

Answers: Temp drop + spotting seems like a pretty clear sign of possible impending ovulation. Go have sex.
Two hormones do downwards temp shifts, estrogen and LH. Estrogen surges 3-4 days before ovulation normally, and LH surges 12-48 hours before ovulation. I would guess that you're 2 days into an estrogen surge, simply an educated guess. Source(s): ttc 2 years, 4 miscarriages, charter.
Honestly, your chart shows no sign of approaching ovulation. The only way to update if ovulation may be approaching is to check your cervical mucus and cervical position, too.
If you're spotting, that may be due to ovulation. Keep temping, and keep your head up! We all procure better at charting as time goes on. =)
