2WW, 6DPO, BBT Dropped, getting discouraged.?

Soo...This is our 4 month TTC

I am currently enduring the longggggg 2WW. LOL
I am approximately 6DPO, got my first POS OPK on 7/9
My BBT
7/9 98.3
7/10 98.85
7/11 97.98
7/12 98.4
7/13 98.3
7/14 98.2
7/15 97.87

Today's temp drop made me get really discouraged.
Here are some of the symptoms I am experiencing

Shortness of breathe/ slight chest pains
Sore Throat
Pulling contained by my stomach, mostly my left side
Sleepy all day
Headache
Heavy Breast
Creamy White CM (sorry if TMI)
Lower Back Ache

I could really use some guidance, support, or would like to hear from anyone who is or has experienced anything similar.

Answers:    Could be an implantation dip! They usually happen between 6-9 days past ovulation. Good luck!
Could be a implantation dip, watch your temps, and see if they step back up in the next time or 2, could be a good thing. 2ww is hard!!
