Plus Size have trouble TTC?

We have been TTC#1 for 4 months with no luck.

As much as I revulsion seeing her. AF comes every 30 days like clock work.. LOL
but I don't know if I am ovulating? Since I have read and heard counterweight can stop ovulation.

I am currently 5'5, weigh 210 pounds. and 33 years old.
My Dr. suggested trying to lose some weight and continue next to moderate exercise because being overweight can cause future pregnancy complications.

But he didn't read aloud he felt that was the reason we are have trouble conceiving and he didn't suggest stopping until I removed the weight.

In the meantime my Dr scheduled me for Saline Sonogram (which I am having done this Thursday to see if I own any abnormalities in my uterus) and he told me to continue taking the prenatal vitamins ( which I have been taking for the past 2 months)
(the only minor fine-tuning I have noticed since taking the Prenatal Vitamin is a lot more clotting and headaches)

We don't estimate DP's sperm is the problem because has children from a previous relationship.

So we are not quite sure what it is. I know 4 months is not that long and I should have seriously more answers after my sonogram but I am starting to get concerned and discouraged. I could really use some advice.

I tried using an OPK, charting my BBT and CM
We thought for sure we did everything right this month including BD on the right days and even a few days after
but yet again another month next to a BFN..

At this point it is getting harder and harder for me.

So I wanted the advice of some women who may have have similar experiences.

I would like to know what you tried to finally get your BFP...

Please help! I am starting to lose hope and consistency like baby dust will never find it's way to me :(
Answers:    Don't lose hope even so. 50% of healthy couples get pregnant in the first 6 months. 90% inwardly a year. It can take a perfectly healthy couple, near perfect timing every month, up to a year to conceive. In any given month your maximum odds of conceiving are only 20-25%. So you are not alone...Far from it.

Keep at it, try not to stress (it can trademark it worse). Don't start worrying until it's been over a year of trying...At that point it may be time to consider BOTH of you going for fertility testing. Just because he has previous children doesn't niggardly something hasn't happened since either. But until you've been trying for at tiniest a year try not to think about what's wrong, try not to place blame etc. Just enjoy the certainty that you get to have sex every night lacking worrying about condoms or birth control lol.
No losing hope! You are just at the beginning. It could be any number of things, including pure dumb luck! You could own absolutely nothing wrong and just inevitability another month or two to make it happen. It could be that you release eggs at an interesting part of your cycle...I release mine at 10 days into a 29 morning cycle...most people would release around 14 or 15. I learned that through trial and error! And weight supposedly can hold an affect on fertility, but I have not found that to be true with me. I got pregnant this time at 5'10'', 230lbs. Didn't seem to be to make a difference at all. I had channel more trouble in pregnancy when I was 5'10'', 150lbs (my first). So, it is all more or less just getting lucky. Maybe this is your month. :) Good luck.
