So my last 4 cycles i have spotted. the first cycle it started the day of, the subsequent it started the day before and the last two cycles it started something like 2 to 3 days before. Now this month i had no spotting at all. Before these cycles i never have spotting. What could be the reason for it to come out of nowhere then stop?
Answers: After charting my own cycle for over four years now I enjoy noticed that it might be a seasonal thing that causes this pre-period spotting. I couldn't make clear to you why it happens or why it starts or stops, but I can tell you it shouldn't be anything to worry in the order of and it's completely normal.
In my cycle, every January thru March for the past few years I will have pre-period spotting... but with the sole purpose those months. I'm 38 weeks pregnant right now, so that should show you that it doesn't cause too many core problems in the long run.
I wouldn't worry about it too much. But, it might lend a hand to keep track of your cycle. I use www.mymonthlycycles.com to track mine and it helps tremendously when I have question like these.
