7 days slow but neg examination! 10 points for best answer?
last monday i was suppose to start, i was getting cramps but that be followed by thrush-like discharge (have had thrush before, but this was abnormal it was only there the sooner or later and one time i wiped with no soreness etc) anyway whats even more weird is that every time i go to the loo i could smell period, well i took a hpt on saturday and it came out cynical, im not sure if this is all my head cuz im late but im getting sore boobs and this kinda stretchy niggle in my belly when im goin to sleep, also last nyt for a few seconds i have a pain kinda where my heart is and found it a struggle to breathe, let me know what u conjecture

After ovulation occurs it triggers a rise in a second set of hormones, progesterone and estrogen. The length of the follicular phase can vary greatly. The luteal phase, from ovulation ahead, is typically 13 to 14 days. So let's say a woman's typical cycle is the standard 28 days, but for this cycle our hypothetical woman's follicular phase is 16 days instead of her typical 14 days. This would mean if she tested the day her interval was "due", she would actually be testing at 12 days departed ovulation verses what she is assuming to be 14 days. The two day difference could be the difference between a negative and a positive pregnancy question paper.
Implantation and pregnancy tests
Another factor to consider is when implantation occurs. You will not get a positive pregnancy check until after implantation occurs. Although hcg is produced almost from conception, it is not until the egg implants that the hcg can be released into the woman's blood stream in sufficient quantity to result in a positive pregnancy test. The time implantation occurs vary. Implantation can occur anywhere from 6-12 days past ovulation.
Other causes for a pregnancy try-out to not detect pregnancy
Other causes for a negative test include diluted urine, expired testing, improper testing, and ectopic pregnancy. If you have received a denial test result a day or two after your period is due, it may be as simple as trialling too early. Retest again in a week, and if still negative consult your doctor.

Yes you could still be pregnant go to the Doctors and tell them that you think you are pregnant but HPT say aloud negative they will do a blood test which is more sensitive than an HPT.
And as the above posts say some nation dont get a BFP till weeks after their AF was due.

Answers: Your best bet is chill out and wait another week , give it some time you could still very in good health be pregnant but don't have enough of the pregnancy hormone in your urine for a pregnancy question paper to pick up . If you have not gotten your period with within the next 7 days and still get a negative home pregnancy question paper , then i suggest you call your OB and get an appointment asap . You could hold a hormonal in-balance, then again your period could just be super belatedly . IF you keep stressing about , your not going to help anything , if it's designed to be your little bean will stick .
home pregnancy tests arent always right. i took 12 adjectives CAME BACK NEGATIVE but when i went to the doctor i was 14 weeks pregnant with twins. so procure a doctor to test you you could be pregnant
hang on near. i didnt get positive on my hpt until i was 2 weeks (14 days) late. I be 7 weeks when i found that in pregnant. Good luck to u. Just retake after 5 or 7 days.
