Question just about ovulation.?
I know your basal (sp?) temperature goes up when your ovulating...will that make you enjoy a high temperature on a regular thermometer??
Answers: No, it would not be that dramatic of a thermal shift. Basal temperature is taken within the morning as soon as you wake up, before you get out of bed or do anything. During the daytime, with activity it will go up or down for different reason. A shift of 2 degrees would be attributed to something else.
maybe slightly, but sometimes it only go up .2 degrees, and its harder for a regular thermometer to detect. you really need a basal thermometer, you can get one at meijers for more or less $7
