Pregnant? Don't want my hopes up due to miscarriage later cycle.?

I don't know what was wrong but i got mood swings pretty bad the closing couple of days which is weird because normally i am happy jump lucky. i went to visit my parents this evening and when i came home freshly 30 minutes ago i had a urge to pee on a stick and well i did. i really was not expecting much but after waiting for two minutes i took a look at the interview and there is faint line. i still enjoy 4 days to go until my expected period, because i had an hasty on miscarriage last cycle i really dont want to get my hopes up this time around but do you think this could really be it?
