My husband and I are trying to conceive next to no luck any guidance?

I have asked this question once before and I am final looking for more advice, my husband and I have been trying to obtain pregnant since Jan and so far we have had no luck. We dont think give or take a few it all that much anymore, I just found out that my friend that had an abortion within May is possibly pregnant again. I feel like such a failure impose here I am trying to get pregnant and her she is and she can get pregnant so easy. Any guidance on what we can do differently? I track my cycles and all that, but it seems that is given up the ghost for me. Anyone know a website that I can go to that will help more? Any advice will be unbelievably much appreciated.
It's tricky, isn't it? We've been ttc for 18 months and the doctors have been so slow to check for anything. However, I got a scan this month (finally!) and it turns out that I might have a very bony endometrium (3mm), so this might be what the problem is. Now I have to wait for my doc to come off holiday to see if anything can be done going on for it *sigh*.
I would advise you to insist your doctor carries out tests - in that might be nothing wrong, but it will put your mind at rest. Otherwise, stay healthy keep on tracking!
Baby dust :)
First, it is important that you should know if you are physically and reproductively healthy. Assuming that you are, then you simply might need some additional help, similar to many others of us.

In my case, I was trying to conceive for more than two years when I found a crude way to stimulate ovulation that worked for us and has worked for others. Send me email if you want info.
Answers:    I had the same problem when I was trying to go and get pregnant with my first, I even saw a doctor that gave me a chart so that I could pay attention to my warmth. This is the time that you become really in tune with your body, you learn to make out when you are ovulating and plan your "baby dancing" around that. But even with planning it could take months. It is also possible that your uterus could be shaped for a time differently so you may only be able to get pregnant using specific positions (I forget what the permanent status for it is but there are some women that this happens to).
The key (which we adjectives forget from time to time) is that we remember to relax. And not to get upset over the fact that it is taking us longer than others, our time will come. I will say though that for someone that struggles to draw from pregnant it really stinks to see other women that seem to get pregnant so easily (especially when they travel and have an abortion), but we have to remember that it will happen when the time is right.
One other point I remembered from when I was trying to conceive the first time, the doctor told me that after we "baby danced" I should stay in bed and lay on my subsidise with my legs raised for about 10 minutes or so. Worth a try. Good luck and try to relax. And lots of kid dust. Source(s): mom of 2 trying for #3
I honestly feel that when you are TTC you can put a lot of stress on yourself therefore delaying the process. I hold heard countless stories of couples trying to TTC and then gave up and get pregnant the next month. My husband and I were not trying...we were even using condoms later on night we didn't...and that's how I got pregnant =). Not that we don't want a child...just considered necessary little him or her a little later...but I guess that was not God's timing =)
I know how you feel. I only had a miscarriage. My bff is pregnant and i find myself getting jealous. I dont show it but i really dont want to be around her anymore. Its like she doesn't even fastidiousness that she is prego. And I did. She is only 17. Im a year and a half older but Im responsible. I own a job and she doesn't nor is she trying to get one.

Well anyway have you have any miscarriages in the past? Im asking this because maybe you call for to go to a fertility doctor and they can figure out what may be wrong and correct it.

Sense you already know to keep track of your cycles, Im sure you probably go to sites and read about when you ovulate. But I'll give you a source to go to on how to boost fertility. It also tell you truth and myths about TTC. I dont know if it has worked for anyone but it all make sense to me.

In about a month or so Im going to try again too! I have hope and faith.
Wish me luck.

I hope this help you and I wish the best. My prayers are with you and your husband. Source(s): www.parents.com
try www.fertilityfriend.com. I purely found it a few weeks ago, and I love it! And it's free to be a member unless you want VIP Access ($45 for a year).
I agree that it's just not disinterested that it takes so long, especially when those around you seem to get pregnant so confidently. It takes an average of 6 months to get pregnant, and 85% of people will own conceived after 1 year of trying. Hopefully you will not have to wait too much longer.

Good luck and baby dust!
My husband and I TTC for over 4 years. After lots of testing (that come back all ok) and using Clomid for 5 cycles, I am finally pregnant with a toddler girl.

Do your charts show an ovulation pattern where you can clearly see when you normally ovulate? Has your doctor reviewed them? I also found it beneficial to use the OPK test monthly to really pinpoint the fertile days. I would use the Clearblue tests with the "smiley face" results. So much easier than the "line" tests. I freshly know that when I "thought" I ovulated and when I actually did were two different things. Those tests take home it foolproof!

Good luck to you!
