Can you ovulate if you are still producing hcg?

I had an erpc a week ago & this morning still had a faint positive hpt. Is it possible to ovulate presently or will my body wait until all the hcg is gone & I get a gloomy hpt?
Answers:    No your body needs to be completely clear of HCG before it can begin secrete the hormones/signs for ovulation to take place again. As at the moment your body (althought the test is faint) is still under the apparition it is pregnant so will have ne need to ovulate. Im sure it wont be too long though before your HCG is down to 0 hon.

Good luck perchance test every 2 days from now? Source(s): Mummy to Isla aged 2 born on the 07.07.07
