Why is caffeine so impossible?
I just got married and I am trying to get pregnant and I be wondering? Is caffeine really that bad? What does it do to the baby to make it so bad for you? A little advice please :)
High caffeine intake is associated with increased risk of miscarriage. (I'm not sure why, but I'm sure you could look it up.)
Hello...i think i mayhelp u beside this piece of info. well, small amount of caffeine intake by a completely healthy person may enjoy minimal effect. Caffeine is a stimulant and it will elevate heart rate, increase blood flow, and raise body temperature. It increases blood sugar levels and exploit as a diuretic, meaning you urinate more frequently and reduce water intake. Caffeine can make higher both these levels. Any type of heart problem can be affected by caffeine. The negative effect of caffeine within increasing heart rate can create problems for people with heart conditions, and in big doses, caffeine can induce irregular heartbeats in healthy people.
One of the denial effects of caffeine is that small amounts of caffeine taken daily, for example a cup of coffee a day, can create physical dependence on caffeine. If you fail to drink your on a daily basis dose of caffeine, you can end up with headaches, excessive sleepiness, a fancy like you can’t function or flu like symptoms. Withdrawal from caffeine can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending upon how much caffeine you customarily consume.
Have it but within a limited quantity.

no its not, it depends on the person tho. like my MIL cant have it or it affects her heart and she will hold a severe anxiety attack. it doesnt affect the baby at all just make it a little hyper. it takes over 200mg a day to even potentially mete out harm.
It's a drug and addictive, people budge through with drawls when drinking it. You baby can get addictive and move about through with drawls also and cry alot after it's born. It's not real bad but it effects your little one a lil bit.
