8 dpo... can I acquire symptoms this precipitate?

I am 8 days past ovulation (6th July)!
Over the past 4-5 days I have have the following "symptoms":
* Tummy twinges (around 3 dpo)
* Metallic taste in mouth (7 dpo)
* Increased urination (from 5 dpo)

Can you actually catch the above signs this early? If so, have i had them around the time you would receive them?
Do these sound like symptoms or is it all contained by my head?

I don't want to put a downer on things but please just don't get your hopes up.

I have these symptons as well and AF arrived as usual.
