When to ttc again after miscarriage? Miscarry on 9th june 09', be week 7. am so desperate!?
Desparation won't assist you conceive again faster. . . I've been TTC again since my December '08 miscarriage (and we lost our son at four months old in April '08 due to his heart and lung defects). . . and enjoy not been successful. I still don't have a living baby at home next to me, and have gotten depressed (and having tons of anxiety over what I might be "doing wrong" . . . eating the wrong foods, exercising too much or too little, etc. . .) -- my OB told me to munch through whatever I want and exercise as much as I want. . . and try not to think about getting pregnant roughly speaking every minute of every day. Easier said than done. She also told me to stop BBT temping and chart. . . and to NOT use OPKs. . .
So. . . maybe if I can relax, maybe I will conceive and hopefully bring home a fit baby someday.
Hi hun, I am so sorry for your loss..I too miscarried at 7 weeks on the 7th Of April so I know exactly the heartache you are going through..as to when to start TTC again is completely up to you..some DRs reccoment waiting for at least 1 normal time of year, others say at least 3. Personally I started trying again as soon as my bleeding stopped (about 1 week) although so far it hasnt done any good as I am not pregnant again all the same. very dutiful question. i had 2 consecutive early miscarriages.the 2nd be the 8th of may.
we took off one cycle but now i am about to ovulate, i imagine and i dont know if we should ttc again yet or wait.
dr advised 2 cycles but the proposal of that is one for the body, one for the mind...
i am using my cleablue fertility monitor and i am temping. also my gynae has given me progesterone cream to use from o- af. i also take mild aspirin to lean the blood thereby to aid implantation & blood flow.
i am tempted to try again this cycle but i dont really know if i am ready or if we need more time.
btw danni is surely right: i ovulated and got pregnant about 2 weeks after my first m'c and i believe that there be still something left behind as my symptoms never went away until after the 2nd miscarriage. she is right within what she says as i had a bfp 3 weeks after m/c number 1 and i think that mc number 1 cause mc number 2 if that makes any sense?
they say to allow at least 1 cycle but it depends how far along you be and how high your hcg got? i didnt make it to 6 weeks so my hcg never go very high.

I am so sorry for you loss. I, too, feel your pain. I miscarried wager on in February and I was to be 11 weeks but the baby stopped growing at nearly 9 weeks. My doctor told me to wait 3 cycles and then start trying again. We actually started trying after 1 cycle. I've be through 4 cycles and still nothing but I am not losing hope. I know that it will happen when the time is right. I know the feeling of desperation to attain pregnant again. I'm trying not to stress too much over it but it is hard. Answers: Hey there I MC on 23rd May and I am in the middle of my first period in a minute. I will be TTC again now in a couple of weeks as soon as I'm ovulating. It IS possible to ovulate about 2 weeks after your miscarriage but to be on the undamaging side (in case there is any of the previous pregnancy (sorry :-( still in your womb, it could bring another miscarriage or an infection.
You are better to wait til you get your period which can arrive any time in a minute, but usually about 4 weeks from the day you started the miscarriage. Then you will ovulate around 2-ish weeks later. So, you Could procure pregnant if you ovulate in the week starting on the 20th July
Its hard to predict when you will ovulate when you lose track of your cycle like you do when you MC, so you should consider trying using ovulation predictor test, thats what Im doing this month

You have the right attitude hun. I know the backache you are feelin I have been there myself I am still near... Its a horrible thing to happen, no one understand til it happens to them. But we are young and healthy and we will attain it next time around hun
