Fertility specialist. What test should I own done since I walk?

I am getting ready to make an appointment with a fertility specialist. I know I should save track of my cycle and that type stuff for at least three months before hand, but what going on for the regular tests that can be performed by my own doctor. They suggested I get my physical/blood work done by my regular doctor up to that time I go there. Can anyone think of what test and procedures I should get done by my regular doctor before I go out near? thanks...
