Ttc getting me down but here we progress again...cd5...?
ok ladies officially we are good to try again. i have have 2 full cycles since my miscarriages.
we did have a ttc attempt last cycle and got nowhere, but explicitly prob for the best as we were advised to have 2 cycles.
I am on cd5 my time is just finishing and i am enjoying my last toxin friendly afternoon. From tomorrow, the lovely relaxing glasses of wine and the cups of coffee are gone. Back on the ttc bandwagon.
I am also taking Vitex this cycle along with my usual aspirin, epo, prenatal, vit c with zinc, b complex, omega 3, folic sour, probiotic.
i plan to use my monitor and preseed bd at the right times. i want to temp but i think it stresses me out so i may skip it.. although i like to know when i o.
is there anything any of you recommend?
anyone else cd5?
good luck hun! really hoping this time around is all yours :)
lots of sticky bean dust to you!
I know exactly how you feel were currently on cycle 4 of ttc again since the last miscarriage. It's really unyielding but we really do need to just relax and let quality takes its course. If temping stresses you out just give that a break for a while. The one piece that keeps me going is that I know we can get pregnant so it will only be a thing of time.
Good luck this cycle and I hope you get that sticky bean real soon xx
Answers: My friend would recommend a bottle of booze and fancy undies, the cat is finally out of the pouch so now we can get pregnant. What a moron! ;)
Anyway, my love, in adjectives seriousness you are doing everything you can and sound very prepared to attack ttc your best this cycle. My heart is with you, I know how you discern and it's so easy to feel down during these times. I am proud of you for cutting out the alcohol and caffeine, you are stronger than I :) I mull over if you want to skip charting this cycle and believe it would cut down on some stress, then by all means, do so. You really don't obligation to, as the monitor will track your cycle properly for you. I just feel that no matter how much you stare at your chart, it won't renovation (sadly!) so maybe just cut that one little thing out this cycle to squirrel away a bit of your sanity ;) The monitor will let you know when you O.
I would recommend starting your day by consumption a good breakfast, and not skipping meals. Try to keep your body replenished. That really is the singular thing I can think because you have get yourself so prepared! Your hard work will pay off hun. I hope this cycle brings you the miracle that you've be longing for, I really do. As always, you are always in my prayers, and I will for you the most wonderful things life has to offer. You will carry your bfp soon, just keep faith. He hear you :) Hugs xxxx
EDIT: You hang in there, hun. I know this is a trying time and cause endless frustration and heartache, but you are a strong woman to keep on this journey. You're unbelievably admirable. Sending you lots n lots of hugs :) Source(s): soooo glad we have the same cycle! cd4 here, waiting for af to dance away!
Hiya the only other thing I'd recommend is OPKs you sound well brought-up to go hun (",)
xx
My approach this month is to do nothing.well not nothing as unambiguously still need to be bd'ing!!
Im not going to give up coffee or booze ( im not going to get plastered every other darkness but just a glass of wine here or there if I grain like it) and Im not going to temp, check my cervix or pee on sticks. Im going to relax and just get on next to living. I think all of the planning and obsessing can be to blame for my erratic moods and massively irregular cycles. Last night me and dh bd'ed and it was the best Ive has since we started 'trying', I wasnt thinking of ttc the total time and I KNOW that Im in my very infertile stage of my cycle ( day 54 still no AF, BFN, and this moring looks similar to AF on her way).
Im not saying that my approach this month is right, but its what Im gona do.
Good luck to you,
Baby dust, this will be our month!! xo
I am cd 19, but I a moment ago quit bleeding from my miscarriage only 2 days ago. I have a feeling it is going to be two months previously I even have my next period. With my end miscarriage, it was one day short of 6 weeks and since I bled so long this time, I have a inkling that I am going to have a long 8 weeks before the next interval.
Anyways, I am on the ttc bandwagon as well, but we really aren't trying. I am not using the preseed, the fertility monitor, or the temps. I am only keeping up with my cycles and that will be it.
I recommend that you hold sex when you feel like it and be sure to have sex on your meeting days because those are the most important. Don't make sex a chore and don't make it out approaching you have to have baby making sex. Just relish it. Try not to let the baby thing hold on to you from having great sex. Sometimes, it is just best to have sex when you want it and don't verbs about when you are ovulating because that just adds stress and it sure kill the mood when you have to use the preseed before sex or you have to pee on a stick formerly a quickie before work. lol. But seriously, it will be better to not really worry about o'ing too much, of late have fun! I am on the 3rd pregnancy myself and I know that I don't want to go through that again and I know that you don't, so just focus about being intimate with your hubby and the pregnancy will come. Try not to focus too much on the o'ing article. I have been in your shoes, trust me!! Lots of newborn dust!!
Katherine good luck this cycle!
You're doing adjectives of the right things. The only thing I would suggest is to give up the coffee and alcohol completely (or switch to decaf and alcohol free) - not freshly when you're actually ttc as it affects your general health and fertility.
finger's crossed and sending you lots of child dust xx
good luck! i'm hoping this is your month!
i am 9 weeks pregnant after ttc for over a year. had a miscarriage surrounded by march. let me tell you...i hold had every pregnancy symptom n the book and i've been majorly miserable. of course, i wouldn't trade it as i'm hugely happy there's a baby on the way.
BUT...if you can get hold of yourself in the mindset that you will enjoy this time before you're pregnant, it might backing you relax. i know you'll be pregnant again soon, so just enjoy feeling fitting for now if you can. :)
good luck!
