Trying to conceive! Frustrated!?
Some drs will see you after you've tried for 6 months. Others want you to wait 1 year.
I would suggest using ovulation predictor kits and charting your bbt using fertilityfriend.com if you aren't already doing so. Preseed is great, but I recommend using 1/2 or even 1/4 of the tube. The whole tube is way too much.
I know far too well how frustrating it is as we've be trying for 4 yrs with one miscarriage. Sometimes I feel like giving up, but I enjoy to keep my chin held high and know it will happen when it's intended to (ugh, I hate saying that). We too, have tried the stress free route...taking a break. The first time it worked..that's how we get pregnant..on a break. Tried that again, not so lucky that time.
It's hard to not be jealous. Some days are better than others for me, but I do try so hard to preserve in mind that one of these days I WILL be a mother!
Whether you try for a short time or years, the longing is still one and the same. I wish you the best and no matter how hard it get, never give up.
I hope you see that positive test very soon. If you ever necessitate to vent or talk feel free to send me a message. Source(s): ttc 4 yrs

IUI contained by July!
I would go see a doctor now...I had a friend who tried for 18 months, after everyone told her to freshly forget about it & let it happen.she eventually wen to see a doctor and after deeply of tests they found her fallopian tubes were blocked, so no amount of de-stressing & forgetting about it be going to help her get pregnant. She had a minor year procedure to unblock her tubes, had some fertility drugs, and withing 6 months concieved. She now have a gorgeous 9 month old girl, and is trying for number two!
Her advice to me was if you don't own any luck within 6 months, go see your doctor. She was foolish she wasted 18 months trying fruitlessly, when it was never going to happen in need a little intervention.
Good luck!
How old are you? Most women get pregnant within a year of starting to try. If you are below 35, you should wait until you've been trying for a year before you and your partner see a doctor. If you are over 35, going to see one immediately would be fine.
Hello,
I'm sorry that you are having trouble conceiving. I was told about the book below prior to my pregnancy and it be filled with a lot of great information. Some things that I didn't even know around...even though I am a woman and figured I just knew adjectives about how to get pregnant! I know a number of friends who struggled next to conceiving, and then once they read this book and understood their cycles more, they conceived. It's obviously not guaranteed, but it can't hurt to know more give or take a few your body and your cycle and when it's best to *try* to make a baby. Best of luck. It will happen :-)
