What is IVF near ICIS?

It sounds like my husband might be infertile due to abnormally shaped sperm. It looks like the best treatment is IVF near ICIS. What does this mean?

It's ICSI and the simple explanation is that they take the sperm and inject it directly into the egg (this help weaker sperm or eggs that have a harder shell).

Regular IVF puts the egg and sperm in a dish and they "do their thing" with no interference.
