Some things that may help is . . .
Taking your temp everyday in the morning at the same time. Your temp rises lately before you ovulate
Ovulation predictor kits are another way of knowing that your ovulating
Also you bring back and egg white discharge around the time you ovulate so if you have that you know thats a good time.
On a regular 28 day cycle you count your 14 days from the first light of day of your period and that is supposed to be your ovulation day but that doesn't other work.
