60 Days formerly conception?
Sorry to pop in with the hey, you're wrong part, buuut I cannot agree next to this, "Don't take prenatals unless your doctor has told you to do so. They have like mad of iron in them and that can make you ill."
This is approximate. All of the OTC prenatal vitamins I have seen/taken have 18mg of iron in them, one and the same amount of iron that normal One-A-Day Women's vitamins have in them. There might be a few prenatal vitamins out near that have more than 18mg, but I haven't seen them.
I have be off birth control and trying for a few months, and I have been taking a prenatal vitamin. I would recommend the GNC Prenatal near Iron formula. They're not too pricey, and they get the job done!
As far as any other suggestions, I would definitely procure started on a exercise routine if you don't already have one. Keeping active during your pregnancy is important.
Good luck!
