Answers: Unfortunately, yes it is possible. Vomiting/nausea means the pregnancy hormone HcG is high. HcG can still be present even with a blighted ovum. It really depends on plane of HcG. In general, vomiting/nausea is a GOOD sign (hcg is continually high).
