What is a well-mannered instrument to track ovulation when you're post-partum?
I had a baby 4 months ago. My periods are palpably way out of wack and will be for a while. I've gone a month without one, I've had 3 period in one month. So what would be a good way to track when I'm ovulating if everything is so crazy and I own no set cycle?

I'm pretty sure when you are fertile it is clear..although I really don't have any other color haha. But I now and then have that, so maybe its true. the best passageway would be ovulation test. either the strips or go pay cheque a few hundered on a digital one. good luck.
