well if he receives oral sex from someone who has an STD similar to herpes and then you have unprotected sex with him afterwards yes you can still get an STD. Please use protection for your own SAFETY! even if you think he is the best and that you can trust him. Plus by not using protection you also run the risk of getting pregnant as well.
The singular way you can get STDS is by having sex next to someone who has it.
