4 dpo and intuition nauseas :S?

I have had a dodgy stomoch today also(had me running to the loo a couple of times!)I keep gag aswell,very sensitive to smells.
Surely its way to early to hold symtoms like this?
Any advice wud b great,thanks contained by advance x
Answers:    some women have experienced symptoms as early as the time the egg was fertilized. Im 4w6d preggo and don't really have any symptoms except peeing a lot and a lil queasy surrounded by the afternoon. It seems that the women who experience the symptoms early on tend to be rare.
