A sound out for ladies who chart their cycle - bbt,,, involve some help out please :]?

My cycles are about 31-35 days. I'd like to know what it meansas my temps enjoy curved round and have gone up by 0.4 degrees today. does that mean that i'm more or less to ovulate? As i still got a negagive OPK today,,,,,

Make love at least 5 times a day every day and this doesn't issue any more :)
Going on your CM & CP (especially CP.High, soft & open) I would say that you would ovulate inwardly the next couple of days. Temp can be affected by loads of things, so you need to look at the bigger picture, and adjectives your signs in conjunction with oneanother. Maybe test beside your OPK morning & night for the next couple of days, and keep BDing!

Answers: Give it a day or 2...I know you have a longer cycle but you already have a broad patch of ewcm and now it's watery again so wait and see it if turns ewcm again. With a 31-35 morning cycle I would be watching the pattern of when you ovulate each time to make sure your luteal phase is long ample, you know what I mean? If you were to ovulate on cd 22, that means that your luteal phase would just be 9-13 dpo and that's in the shorter range...
