Basal body temp. interrogate?

i take my temp. upon waking up for the day but a few hours after i run to the bathroom. is this accurate? im asking because my temp. is always going high and low and not steady. i just starting this and its solely been about 6 days. thanks!
Answers:    you a supposed to nick your temp AS soon as you wake up before you even get out of bed. I enjoy my thermometor on my night stand so when my alarm goes off to win up I take my temp before i even move out of bed.. That is when you get the best reading. Provided you hold gotten at least 5 hours sleep, or good sleep for at least 3 hours. Taking your temp after you enjoy already gotten out of bed will cause you to not get an accurate reading.
I have be charting temps since I started AF 6 days ago, and ALWAYS take it as soon as my eyes open. Before moving anything.
Trust me on this one, I want it SO bad since have a miscarriage 4/6 with our 3rd, we are VERY impatient to get pregnant again.
This is my chart...But I am only on CD6 so in attendance isn't much to see.
