Does womanly warmth effects the time of sperm?

after sex does temperature has any impact on sperm/'s life?? if yes after till what time the sperm is alive inside... normally it is said 3-5 days.

I am TTC and we live in a very hot humid nouns where the temperature goes till 45 degree Celcius. i live in south asia
