Has this worked for anyone?
LMP was June 4th. i have amenorreah which is loss of menstrual periods. drs dont know why on the other hand. its not hormones,thyroid,or my weight or any of that or polycystic thing. i dont have cysts and so necessarily they dont have any answers yet.
I read on americanpregnancy.org that you can still get pregnant if you are not have a period. it said to have sex 12-16 days before you would expect your time. so for me i would expect if i had my period i would expect it to start august 4th. so i would want to start having sex july 19-until the 4th. and pray we concieve.
Has anyone tried to do this and it worked for them?
Answers: One of my friends have unexplained amenorreah and got pregnant 9 months after she stopped using birth control. She was told she could never have kids and the pill made her sick adjectives the time, so she stopped using it. She wasn't "trying" to get pregnant. She was a newlywed, so I guess she was only just having sex a lot lol.
After she had her daughter 16 months ago, she get the first 6 week long "period" and hasn't had a period again. She's been trying for something like a year to get pregnant and hasn't been able to. Doctors don't know how she be able to get pregnant before, aside from a miracle.
You don't own to "time" or "schedule" when to have sex. I can't believe your doctor would tell you that. Believe me, it becomes awful if you calendar sex! Sperm can stay alive in your uterus/tubes for up to 5 days. So just have sex 2-3 times a week and your probability are just as high as anyone else's. And MOST ob/gyns will suggest not to have sex every light of day. It takes 2-3 days for sperm to build up to full capacity. So just try have sex a couple times a week, if you both want to.
