Can I achieve my child support lowered since I am have another child due surrounded by January?

This might nouns harsh - but why lowered? Does your first child need less very soon that you are expecting another?
If anything, you will be paying MORE as you now have more than one child and if you cannot afford it . . . you should have thought long and unyielding about that before having another child.
