How long did it help yourself to you to obtain pregnant after quitting birth control?
I've been on the pill for over 10 years.
I was on BC for about 3 years and then I stopped September 2008, get pregnant December 2008 but Miscarried in January 2009. So I have been trying ever since beside no luck yet. Everyone is different. There is a 20% chance of pregnancy each month. I believe it will come to pass when it's suppose to.
I was on it for 6 years, off it for 4 before we started trying, and we tried for almost 6 months with no luck. I went back on birth control for 8 months and get pregnant my first cycle off of it.
I was on depo and the patch during that 6 years and loestrin 24 the 8 months. I have a friend that deliver her first the day before me, she was on the pill for 7 years and get pregnant her first cycle.
Answers: Everyone is different. Some people miss a pill and get pregnant, some relatives take up to a year. It takes an average of 6 months, since you only enjoy a 25% chance of conceiving each month. I don't think all along time that you have been on birth control makes a difference.
