How long does it ending?

For how long does implantation bleeding last? Could it go away and come back the subsequent day?
Answers:    For both of my pregnancies I did not have implantation bleeding. But my sister told me that she had implantation bleeding and it be just a spot of blood in her undies. I have also hear that some women have light spotting for like 2 days and thought it be their period and it ended up being implantation bleeding.
