PCOS AND TRYING TO CONCIEVE COULD IT BE THIS MONTH?

we are going through the process of attending a fertility clinic and the doctor told us that although i have pcos everything else is good that we will be able to jump ahead with fertility drugs once i get my weight down to a bmi of at smallest 31..its a * but im trying and i have joined weight watchers .But 3 weeks ago i go for an internal scan using a dye to see if there was any blockages .Which there wasn't :) but i feel very tender after that Myself and partner had intercourse on the right days and now i am attitude very tender and sore but today i had ( white discharge ) and i am very passionate , and my breast are very tender. I am due my period on thursday. I would love to think i am pregnant but i only don't know anymore.What do you guys think? Or is it just my periods?
Answers:    Hard to recount so soon. Don't forget the sometimes menstrual symptoms mimic early pregnancy symptoms. Keep the faith up though! It could be. I would wait until at tiniest Thursday to take a test. If no AF then hang about another week.
