How do i know if this is so?

i think i may have had a miscarriage
what should i look for?
i'm too terrified to go to the doctor ...not just yet

Sometimes there are no symptoms with a missed miscarriage.

You really won't know unless you go to a doctor. If you're hasty in pregnancy there is nothing they can to do stop it, so at hand is no need to go running to an ER unless you're bleeding very heavily and contained by great pain. Otherwise call your doctor.
