TTC? Question around sex and fertility meds.?

Okay so i have a question about fertility meds. I dont know if this is every doctor or lately my doctor it doesn't make since to me as to why the tell you that 3 days before your injection to release the eggs not to own sex?? why is that and is that right or did i miss understand my doctor?? what is the point of not having sex for three days before the shot.?? any relieve would be great. baby dust to you all ttc
Answers:    When you hold off from sex your partner sperm to mature so that the count will be higher and the motility will be at its best. That is just within case your partner has less than optimal sperm count. That's the with the sole purpose reason I can think of! My doc told me to have sex every other afternoon around ovulation for that reason.
