I have heard lots of people adage you will determine the gender of your next child even before conceiving it by the look of you first child's nipple. Lol! is near any truth to this? If not, is there any way how to?
No truth to that. No way to tell until you can achieve an ultrasound that shows it's sex.
Well you can get some theory by looking at your man's family. If he has brothers or sisters, if his brothers have produced males or females. There is a uncompromising trend. For example my two uncles both have two boys, no girls, my sister's husband has four brothers only one of which have any girls all boys, my sister had two boys, my husband was an individual child so it didn't do me any good LOL My mom had two girls with our dad, he have one sister. when he remarried they had two boys, Her next husband had adjectives brothers and they had two two boys. So you can see the trend.

Besides if you end up hold a child with a different man (since its his X and Y sperm that chooses) then your child's nipple won't tell you anything and who ever come up with that one is crackers LOL!!

theres no way. the dad chooses the gender, he have so many chromosomes and whichever chromosome happens to fertalize first is what your having. they influence that boys are harder to conceive as they are weaker and males usually carry more female chromosomes but there are men who take more boy ones. it depends.

The sperm with the xy chromosome (boy) is heavier than the sperm that have the xx chromosome (girl).
Scientists can take a sperm sample and put it in a centrifuge which will create the xy sperm sink to the bottom of the test tube and the xx sperm to float to the top. They can then take the sperm from the bottom or from the top depending on if you want a boy or girl. They next use a syringe to impregnate the Mother in Vitro.
It's quite expensive but can be done.
