Is a 24 light of day cycle normal- ? pls answer.?
trying to work out my next ovulation chart but does 24 sound normal?
final period 24th june- 30th june
AF started today... no bfp for me this month :(
Mine is 24 days. If you have a 24 day cycle your luteal phase is 14 days. This is what i be told. it's very normal to have a 24 days cycle some relatives have a 22 day one. it just depends on the party.
A 24-25 day cycle is borderline okay depending on when do you ovulate. Ideally, you want it to be 26 days at most minuscule. If 24 day cycle and you ovulate on the 14th day, then your luteal phase (post-ovulation) is 10 days. Anything smaller quantity than that is considered luteal phase defect.
Now implantation can take anywhere from 3-10 days. So contained by most cases, you're fine. But it late (closer to 10 days), then it is possible that AF comes before implantation.
Now, you can prolong the luteal phase well by taking progesterone. but first figure out when do you ovulate and how long is your luteal phase.

having a shorter cycle only just means you ovulate earlier, with me have a 25 day cycle I would ovulate 11 days after lmp started. we got pregnant back contained by Jan.
So with a 24 day cycle, it would be day 10, or if I'm right and you enjoy a 27 day cycle (28 is "normal") it would day 13
A "normal" 28 day cycle would be year 14.
