After a miscarriage.. much smaller quantity ewcm?
I miscarried my 1st in May, and since then I have notice I get much less obvious ovulation signs and smaller quantity pms. I seem to get less ewcm, no O cramp, and now no sore boobs before my period comes.
Anyone else experienced this? I still pocket Evening Primrose and Vitex but no real signs of O unless I take an OPK and use my BBT.
What do you think?

Just speaking from my own experience, when I first started ttc, and on certain cycles when I really stress almost it all, I noticed much less ewcm. Not proverb you're stressing hun, just throwing a guess out there. Even though you are ovulating normally, I don`t know your hormones are still a tad out of wack from the m/c. I know it can take up to 3 cycles for things to normal out, even with a regular O. I've have cycles where I've noticed no O pain, and little ewcm, I only just take it as our bodies just do whatever they consistency like doing. Try drinking a lot of water, as it is said to also lend a hand improve cm. Chances are you still have it, it is just tucked cavernous in your cervix and not sliding out. Or it may be sliding out faster than you notice. It is great that you are ovulating regularly, and I agree with Kath, as far as the preseed. Answers: I've have ewcm, but no o pain and I didn't realise how much I used my o pains to track my fertility. It's weird now cos every twinge I presume I must be ovulating.. i feel like i have lost my fertility 'vision' since the m/c's and it is tricky getting used to trusting opk's and the monitor!
I dont hold a proper answer for you lola but so long as you are ovulating why not just use preseed and go for it. x
I used to always get ovulation cramps but after I miscarried I didn't get them every month.
SO weird! I didn't have a mc but I did just hold a baby 6 months ago. I thought I was going crazy.I can't tell when I'm ovulating anymore any. I'm so thankful to find out I'm not the only one! Before my pregnancy I would get tons of EWCM & could even recount which side I was ovulating from due to the soreness & cramping. Now I get spuratic CM that's more watery than approaching egg white & no O pains. I have started spotting midcycle as of last month so I'm getting really frustrated. Guess I'm going to have to buy OPK's this time around. GOod luck & God bless adjectives TTC!
