A sound out something like a blighted ovum?
I'm not looking for an expert answer, just someone whose had an experience with a blighted ovum. I get pregnant in March, and it turned out to be a blighted ovum. After the D&C I finally got my period two months subsequent. I got my period the 19th, and it's now the 20th and still no time, so I'm 4 days late. I was wondering if anyone who had a similar experience near a blighted ovum, had cycles that were shorter or longer than before the pregancy.

yes...i had the same article happen to me in December.
Before i got pregnant my cycle be always on the same day of the month afford or take a day and lasted nearly 5 days.
After it was way off. i did carry it the month after the D&C almost to the day but it was shorter. the next few months after i.e. was off and some months it was shorter and some be longer. It took a few months for my cycle to get back on track. i am still trying to track it so we can try again.

It's quite normal for your body to take awhile to regulate itself again after a miscarriage/d&c. Your uterus have gone through a lot, so has your uterine lining, and your hormones. It as a rule will regulate itself within 2-3 cycles. Normally after a d&c it takes 6-8 weeks to get your spell again, so it sounds like you're right on track.
I know it's frustrating, but everything will get back to typical soon.

I go through the same sad experience. My period started a month after D&C. Now my period are not as regular as before I got pregnant. The first month it was 4 days rash, this month it was 2 days late. I guess this is normal. But within your case, since you are 4 days late, I would take a pregnancy question paper. Keeping my fingers crossed for you.
