I go through Follicular study on compact disc 14 to determine the size of become fully grown follicles-Pls answer?

I am 27.Me and my Hubby are TTC since last 2 years.My LH /FSH reports are normal.Tubes and uterus are open and surrounded by good shape which was confirmed with HSG.DH sperm experiment is above normal.
I am on Clomid(third month) 50 mg CD 5-9.I went to see a RE this cycle and she did a Follocular Study to confirm the size of ripened follicles-
I have 2 mature eggs-18 CM and 21 CM on CD 14.
RE also took a blood theory test for LH surge on CD 14 and told me she will get back tome today if i obligation HCG Trigger shot.I am still wondering why did she took LH blood test to determine if i need HCG Trigger shot or not?
Also when do you think i can ovulate since my eggs measures 18 and 21 cm.How should be the size of the egg within order to get pregnant?
My RE said i have a elegant Linning.

18-21cm? this doesn't sound right to me...that's really big. Do you mingy mm??
the size of your follicles is great! and they should be monitoring closely for ovulation.

Answers: Good to hear about you lining! It is possible that you will naturally ovulate lacking the trigger and they want to test LH levels to see if you are going to ovulate naturally. They also audition your estradiol (E2) levels to see if the follicles are mature. E2 levels should be around 200 per respectively mature follicle. My guess is that they will still want you to trigger and the test will tell the best time for you to trigger to release your evolve eggs. Your follicles should be about 22mm before you trigger. They do grow 1 to 2mm per day so you’re just about ripe! Most times the trigger stimulates ovulation 36 hours later with Clomid but some ovulate as early as 12 hours after. If they do within fact want you do ovulate without the trigger you can plug in the time you started Clomid and it will calculate your ovulation date here http://babymed.com/tools/fertility/clomi…
