The sperm in the other hand when exposed to air, and clothing and w.e loose their skilfulness to swim fast. So since it has nowhere to go it dries out and dies...it does steal a while!!like some hours!
But If its somewhere near the vagina. those little smart things can swim in within and so they travel from the outside in.
Ohh and once it gets in nearby. It can live for 72 hours!
