Is implantation bleeding possible after 2 days?

Hi everybody. well i did IUI last monday the 22nd, 2 days later i attain strong cramps and heavy bleeding, continued for 3 days. doc. said it's too soon for miscarriage and too early for a period. so we own to wait and see. still waiting till my next app. next Friday. anybody experienced one and the same?i appreciate any info .thx.
