Does your temp usually jump up when you are pregnant?
hi ladies.. hope you are all well today? i was hoping that you may be capable of give me some advice please? over the past few days my wife have been really exhausted and is always needing to run to the loo.. is feeling really hot in herself and has humane of cramps.. we did a pregnancy test the other day but it came rear legs as negative..have been looking at the pregnancy calculators and judjying by concluding menstrual period it says that if she is pregnant she would be 3 weeks and a few days.. would this be too early to show up as positive on a pregnancy assessment? im a bit confused and would really like any advice or similar stories that maybe some of you enjoy gone through the same thing etc
It is still too early for a pregnancy test (unless you are using an hasty HPT which might work for some). Need to be at least 4 weeks (or more depending on how long is her cycle) just to be sure. Just re-test this weekend again or whatever date she expected her period to start.
Temp going up after ovulation is normal (but before period due date) as powerfully as during pregnancy. If it stays high past her menstrual date, then yes, nearby is a chance that she could be pregnant. so far that the symptoms that you've described are not necessarily only pregnancy symptoms (could be something else including PMS symptoms).

I think that it would be too early for your wife to oral exam positive.
To get the most accurate reading, you need to wait until the first year your wife misses her period.
You can buy tests that she can take up to 6 days past her period is due, but there's is still no guarantee that they will show positive until her period is due.
Her symptoms sound really well-mannered so finger's crossed for you both xx
Answers: I have read that when u are pregnant the warmth stays high for 18 days after ovulation.Normally the Temp after ovulation are higher than those before it and this will again jump down down when u are reaching ur periods.But if we get pregnant then the temp stays dignified.wait for few more days and atleast four days after she misses her periods and take a tryout again.Good luck.
I'm cursious where on earth you get the pregnancy tests that can tell you are pregnant the year after ovulation?

However to answer your question after ovulation if her temp has stayed at a peak reading i.e 1 or 2 degree above her normal temp for 18 DPO (Days past ovulation) then in that is a strong possibility that she could be pregnant. But as i don't know her LMP i can't tell u if the pregnancy test was a false glum. My advice would be to relax her and calm her down as stress can prolong her period and experiment in a few days with a FIRST RESPONSE pregnancy test next to the FMU (FIRST MORNING URINE) sample - as if she tested if the day her urine may have be too concentrated for the hormone to show up i.e drank lots of fluid through the day.

You can get pregnancy tests that can tell as untimely as a day after the conception, depending on what you buy. By this time the tests should be pretty conclusive as to whether she is or isn't.
As for needing the loo greatly. There's a bug going round with that. Not the average bladder infection, because there's actually something to come out every time you go, and no burning. It's only frequent needing to pee.
Being exhausted and overheated? Look out of your window. We're having a incredibly hot summer, and heat is draining. I'm too hot and tired right now!
There's also the fact that at 3 and a bit weeks she is due for another spell. Before and during a period women are always a couple of degrees hotter and sweat more. It happen to me. I can't wear PJs for a week of every month, even in the winter.
Do another pregnancy test. one isn't really enough to be conclusive, but likelihood are it's just a bug and the hot weather.
