A sound out for anyone who be on clomid?

this was my first cycle. 50 mg, taken CD 3-7 i ovulated sometime between CD14-17 (positive opks) and today is CD 27. for the recent past week or so i have been having an achy consciousness in my lower abdomen and its become kind of self-conscious. also the achenes is in my lower back, and my breast are sore, but i cant count that as i sign of pregnancy because i usually get sore breast almost a week before AF is due, but what is different is that its mostly my nipples that are sore.
but im not too worried about that i am just wondering i this achenes and soreness is majority? is it a side effect of clomid, or is possibly pregnancy?
i just have no idea what to expect. i haven't have any other symptoms this month taking clomid, except this.
thanks for any help, also i have be getting sharp pains, sometimes on the left side, and now on the right side as well.
should i be concerned?
