5weeks, 4 days and no fetal pole but a sac?
I had a visit to the ER last week and the doc finalized my report next to an incomplete abortion/threatened aboriton. I did not understand which it was, as they both mean two different things (so I thought). Well, today, I found out that they propose the same thing in medical terminalogy. My concern is that at hand was no heartbeat and what was found in the sac does not appear to be a fetal pole. Some read aloud it is to early, while others say that the doctors are usually correct in their findings. Has anyone experienced this formerly, and if so, what were your outcomes. I heard that the heartbeat can be heard as EAR:Y as 6 weeks. I am hoping and praying for the best... I trust within that God has planned for me...
Answers: I was 6wk1d when I went to the er and nearby was only a sac..no heartbeat or anything..two weeks later I walk to my ob and baby is fine and growing and a hearbeat of 163 so in a couple of weeks have another ultrasound done and surrounded by a couple of days you can have blood work done to make sure that your hcg levels are where on earth they should be..hope this helps and hope all is well.
