My husband and i be young 25/32 yr olds when we first tried. Turned out that he had a very low sperm count and needed hormone injections.
We be trying for 4 years.. We now have a baby daughter.

Also do this - it worked for all my frends - pee b4 u enjoy sex..and then have sex and clean urself as u not tell the truth down, dont get up pls..it helps. U mite feel eeky for a bit ..but i other tried sleeping after sexx..my husband helped me clean myself.(from leak).. don wory if u leak..it dsnt mingy u lost evrything, thats not true. (have sex before u call it a night, and sleep after it)
Also my OBGYN have put me on multi-vitamins (Womens One a Day) and my husb took (Mens one a day) just for a self satisfaction ..and then we tried ..also minute ur peiod dates and use a ovulation calendar. Here's what I'd recommend. Turn the next 'partner' into a husband before you turn him into a father. You might not close to it, but it's for the benefit of your future child.

I think that because you are stressing out about this can't be increasing your chances. I get pregnant with both of my sons when I least expected it & both times I was on holiday & relaxed & I wasn't even trying to achieve pregnant! Being healthy, calm, happy & relaxed can label such a big difference. Try it & see..best of luck. x
Btw.I was adopted, my mom & dad had no medical source why they couldn't have children...they adopted me after 5 years of marriage, the pressure be off & they were no longer stressing over having a kid & 3 months later my mom found she was pregnant with my sister!
