Is it Possible to Get Pregnant beside Irregular Periods?
Ok, So i have always had irregular period. I never know when im going to get my periods and when they do come they only final roughly 2-3 days, if not less.
My partner and i have be together for 4 years with no previous partners. I have never be on the pill and don't plan to. We are planning to start a family but have been using the 'when it happen, it happens' quote.
I just want to know if anyone else has experienced this and has have children. We are young, fit and healthy adults and love children.
Currently it has be 4 months since my last normal period. I do own a wet white discharge that comes every few days but i want to know if its possible for me to be ovulating still without getting my periods and if so can I become pregnant as we are have unprotected sex on a regular basis?
Thankyou for taking the time to read this.
Hey hunny, of course you can get pregnant with irregular period, The only thing you will have trouble next to is pinpointing your ovulations dates because they will probably be different every month.
It may take for a while longer for you to conceive than someone who has regular periods.
BUT AGAIN YES YOU CAN GET PREGNANT WOOHOO HUNNY (",)

you can absolutely get pregnant! but it may take a bit longer than a couple who own regular periods.
Go see your dr about your periods and see if they will prescribe something to bring it on.
suitable luck hun
you need to check if you ovulate... step to a fertility specialist... you might have PCOS, which could be fixed with just a small pill (clomid)... although some inhabitants need more that that, but that's where i would start.
good luck babe dust!
Answers: The most common cause of irregular spell is PCOS which is a common fertility condition - why not get it diagnosed if you plan to get pregnant sooner fairly than later? it is not normal to have irregular time especially 4 months since last period. That means that you are not ovulating as frequently. It is completely hard to get pregnant if you only ovulating 2-3 times a year and you cannot predict when that it is the luggage. PCOS can be easily addressed with med (metformin) and diet and almost adjectives women with PCOS (irregular period) can and do eventually get pregnant.
It took us 4 years of TTC for us to get pregnant - didn't go and get it diagnosed for 3 years, and finally diagnosed PCOS and got pregnant with help of metformin to run PCOS.
Good luck.
