9dpo..nouns promising?

My LMP was 7/11 and it ended on 7/15.
I O'd on 7/24
BD on the 16,17,18,19,20,22,23,24,25,27,28...just making sure haha

At around 3dpo - 5dpo i have sevear pain in my abdomen and it hurt to DTD...i be really sore

6dpo...nothing really except a LOT of clear watery/runny CM

7dpo i had a case of *TMI* Diarrhea and i NEVER gain that unless im sick which i am not...altho i do have a cold? And i am positive it wasnt something i ate since i only ate once that day and did not hold time to digest it.

8dpo have loose stools but not like before and same CM,fancy sick at random times,crying over anything

9dpo clear/white cm in abundence,weird cramps that kinda feel like BH contractions...like a fullness in my tummy that came and went...still happening.Vivid dreams since roughly speaking 4dpo.

Had a dream last night i got implantation bleeding today and that i did stop up getting a BFP...

So is this all wishful thinking or could i be prego?

6dpo - 98.7
7dpo - 97.4
8dpo - 96.5...they went up to 98.1 later and after by night it was at 98.6
9dpo - 98.2
