1st Good luck!! I hope everyone get their BFP this month! Please give somebody a lift a look at my chart...what do you ponder?
My temp rise is high this month! A LOT higer than normally is...could this be a good sign? Oh & is my chart triphasic? Opinions please:-)

Answers: wow specifically quite a steep rise you have there this time eh? It's too impulsive to tell wether it's promising or not though, you'll have to keep waiting to find out lol. You will know its triphasic when you see a third set of temps after ovulation. Right in a minute you only have a biphasic chart (one sustained upward temp shift after ovulation) For example If your temp was to flatten out at 98.6 for a couple days and consequently jump up to say 99.5 and stays that way for atleast 3 days later that would make a 3rd set of temps to be triphasic, get what i mean? If not within are plenty of charts on FF you can browse through to get a good idea of what triphasic looks resembling. Just remember that not all pregnancies result from triphasic charts so don't get discouraged. Your chart looks great so far though! hope i helped. biddable luck:)
