Jelly similar to discharge, what do you presume?

Hi everyone!
I'm ttc & my last period began on the 7th July & my cycle is in the order of 29 days.
Anyway on the 18th July I came out of the shower & when i wiped myself dry (vagina) I noticed that near was a jelly like discharge on the towel, but it was bloody & string similar to..Does anyone know what this could be?
I don't have any pains or irregular periods, i just happen to notice this...
