Need assistance finding protein to nurture my 16 month aged?

My 16 month old has decided that she does not similar to meat anymore. She won't eat ground beef but will sometimes eat chicken breast.

What can I do to the meat to try and get her to guzzle it?

What other types of food can I try to get her enough protein for the day?

Thanks

This is my first child and do not enjoy a clue, I barely eat meat myself.
like Kellie said its not uncommon mine didn't start eating meat till he be about 3 and a half. i just give him eggs an cheese and the nutrition milk's they sell in the baby aisle
Why not give her tofu or shrimp? You could also cut up pieces of meat small and put it within soups or salads, or whatever, and make her eat that.

What I did be, my daughter loves mashed potatoes, and I cut up pieces of steak, small, and I mixed it up with the potatoes and if she knew she didn't read out anything.

So just make her favorite meal and cut up small things and put it contained by there. There's also these formula drinks or juices that I see on TV all the time that say they have the same protein and all. I've never tried any since my daughter doesn't drink soy things but you could try.
Try meatballs..peanut butter and jelly sandwiches milk also has protein contained by it cheese as well so does bread and pasta. i think you should read this article

Hey Sis don't worry, her cousins went through it too, usually eggs w/ or without ketsup did it for next. They also started to like bacon at her age, you might also try to intruduce bologna or salami to her,
Answers:    Hi Cathy,
Try a little protein powder surrounded by either a drink or some food. I love the choc flavor I get from the guys below. Check out their site, and look at the forum link, they hold some good recipes and discussion threads. you could always try a small amount and see how it go, these guys have a great price, and the best quality. eggs, tofu
Children from 1-3 years outdated need a minimum of 16 grams of protein a day.

Milk has one gram of protein per ounce, so 8 grams within one cup. Two cups of milk a day would give the full 16 grams.

Cheddar cheese has 7 grams of protein per ounce (1/8th of a partially pound block).

Legumes are also a good source of protein. I have butter beans, red beans, and pinto beans in my pantry right in a minute and all of them have 6 grams of protein per 1/2 cup.

So, if she drank just one cup of milk, ate one ounce of cheese (like a cheese stick), and ate 1/2 cup of beans (home made chili possibly?), that would be 21-22 grams of protein.
It is not singular that little kids do not like meat. So to replace the protein give them eggs, sting cheese, or try little sandwiches.
