2 yr elderly, not keeping his food up.?

My son woke up at 4 am and he had vomited his dinner, this morning for Breakfast I gave him so yogurt and he was inept to keep that down either. He then again vomited some more if his dinner. I enjoy been given him some water and juice, but have not had anything to eat. Any suggestions some of you can give me, i would appreciate

To be on the safe side, you should take him in to see his pediatrician (to rule out something serious).

If it's newly a stomach virus, then make sure he's well-hydrated. If he can stomach it, give him Pedialyte or Pedialyte popsicles and plenty of marine. If he won't take the Pedialyte, even regular popsicles can be soothing and keep him hydrated.

You may want to try the "BRAT" diet of Bananas, Rice, Applesauce and Toast. These are all soothing and may be more tolerated on his sick stomach. Source(s): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BRAT_diet
I would stop feed him solids and give him some Pedilite for kids to drink, they also have it in rime pop form. This will give his stomach time to relax from what ever is bothering him(virus?) but keep him hydrated.
You can get it from any drug store in need a prescription.I wouldn't worry about him not eating if it's lone for a couple days(2 at most) anything else call his doctor and inform them ,see what they say to do.
Hope he feels better.
