Question roughly Toddler and ingestion fruit/veges?
My daughter is 20 months old and I can't for the life of me get her to devour fruit. I've tried fresh fruit to can fruit to every fruit there is and she just won't eat it. She ate it fine and loved it when she be on baby food lol. She eats some veges but not a lot. Is this commonplace? I can't get her to eat anything but a nutrigrain bar for breakfast. She is allergic to eggs and nuts and doesn't similar to waffles or pancakes or cereal. Any ideas of anything else would be great. I've tried everything I really need alien ideas.
I actually just watched a show on this the other year. And they were saying that you shouldn't force your child to eat anything they don't want. If she'll singular eat apple sauce, then feedher apple sauce. She will eventually change her taste and find something new she likes. Just be patient, and as long as she is ingestion something, she will be ok.
Mom 2 B is right- just remember to keep offering her fruits and veggies whenever you or the family is ingestion them- eventually, she'll try them!
My youngest grandson ONLY ate fruit and vegetables for his first 3 years or so, BUT we always put the protein part of our meals on his plate. Now, he is THE best eater ever and is the one and only one who will literally try anything to see if he will like it! He's almost 7 now. Just keep offering in good health foods to her and she'll come around when it's her time!
Answers: When i was little, all i would put away was peanut butter sandwiches !
My mom was so worried going on for me that she brought me to the doctors, the doctor said it was normal and at least peanut butter is nourishing !

My son was the same mode at that age, and now he's 4 and he's STILL the same way, adopt even pickier.
What has helped me a lot is The Sneaky Chef.
for example, I acquire sweet potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, zucchini, and white beans into him in just a simple dish of macaroni and cheese.
